Hi3D Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (the“Policy”) governs use of the Hi3D websites, APIs, AI models and related services available through hi3d.ai (collectively, the“Services”). The Services are operated by Oceano HK Holding Limited (“Hi3D”, “we”,“us” or “our”).


This Policy forms part of the Hi3D Terms of Use and applies to all users, including API users and their end users.


1. Content and conduct covered by this Policy

This Policy applies to all prompts, text, images, videos, model files, textures, generated images and 3D assets, metadata, and API requests and responses submitted to, generated by or shared through the Services (“Content”).

You are responsible for your Content, your use of generated results, and all activity conducted through your account or API credentials. You must have all rights and permissions needed to submit and use Content.

Artistic, historical, medical or educational material involving nudity may be restricted where its context is unclear, unlawful or unsuitable for the Services.

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You must review results before use.

You may not use the Services to design or manufacture unlawful weapons, prohibited components, false safety certifications or products intended to harm people or defeat security controls. Generated models must not be the sole basis for medical, structural, automotive, aerospace or other safety-critical uses. Appropriate professional review, testing and approvals remain your responsibility.

10. Enforcement

We may use automated systems and human review to investigate potential violations, but we are not required to monitor all Content.

We may block requests or outputs, remove or restrict Content, limit features or API access, or suspend or terminate accounts. We may act without advance notice where reasonably necessary to prevent harm, protect the Services or others, address security issues or comply with law.

Where required or permitted by law, we may preserve relevant records, respond to valid legal requests and report suspected criminal activity or serious safety threats to appropriate authorities.


11. Reporting and review requests

To report suspected misuse, contact legal@mathmagical.com with enough information for us to assess the issue. Copyright and trademark complaints should follow the procedure in the Hi3D Terms of Use.

If you believe a restriction was imposed in error, you may request review by contacting legal@mathmagical.com from the email address associated with your account.


12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Services, risks or legal requirements. We will post the revised version and update the “Last updated” date. We will provide additional notice where required by law.
