How to cancel subscription plan?

After purchasing a subscription plan, it is set to auto-renew by default. You may cancel it at any time during the billing cycle through the “Subscription Management” page.Once the cancellation takes effect and the billing cycle ends, your plan will automatically downgrade to the Free tier.

Can I request a refund after canceling my subscription?

We will send renewal reminders via email a few business days before your subscription renews.If a charge has already been processed due to missing or late cancellation, refunds are generally not available under our User Agreement.

How can I earn points?

You can earn points by subscribing to a plan, purchasing point bundles (available to subscribers only), or participating in promotional events and activities.

Is there an order in which points are deducted?

Yes. The system will first deduct the 100 registration bonus points, and then deduct points that are closest to their expiration date.

Will failed generations consume points?

No. If a generation fails due to system or service issues, the corresponding points will be automatically refunded.

Will unused subscription points roll over to the next month?

No. In accordance with the User Agreement, subscription points are valid only within the current billing cycle and do not roll over.To help you avoid unused points, we will send a reminder email 5 business days before points expire.

How long are points valid?

Different types of points have different validity periods. Subscription points are valid for one calendar month. Points included in purchased bundles never expire. Promotional points are generally permanent unless otherwise specified by the activity rules.

What payment methods does Hi3D accept?

For subscription plans and credit pack purchases, payment is currently supported through Stripe, with multi-currency settlement. Stripe supports many common payment methods, including Visa / Mastercard credit cards and localized options such as Alipay. You can choose the payment method that suits you based on your habits, region, and currency to complete your purchase.
