Yes. After signing up, new users can use the 100+ Credits included in the Free plan to try selected features and models. Before you create a task, Hi3D clearly shows the required Credits and plan limits. Subscription Credits refresh each billing cycle. For the latest allowance and validity period, check the Pricing page or your account.

If a task fails because of a system or service issue, all Credits used for that task are automatically refunded. Depending on your plan, you also receive 3 to 15 free retries, so you can improve the result with the same input without spending more Credits. You can view the retry count and refund history on the task page and in your Credits details.

You own the models you create. Paid plans allow private and commercial use. Models generated on the Free plan are subject to the free asset license and require attribution. Make sure you have the right to use any materials you upload and that they do not infringe anyone else’s copyright, trademark, or image rights. The Hi3D Terms of Service and the rules for your plan govern the exact scope of permitted use.

Generated models are visible only to you by default, unless you create a share link or make them public. Your uploads and generated files are protected during transfer and storage. Under Hi3D’s current product rules, these files are used only to provide generation services. They are not used to train AI or disclosed publicly.
