After purchasing a subscription plan, it is set to auto-renew by default. You may cancel it at any time during the billing cycle through the “Subscription Management” page.Once the cancellation takes effect and the billing cycle ends, your plan will automatically downgrade to the Free tier.
Before your subscription expires, we will send you a renewal reminder by email in advance. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date, and no charge will be made for the next billing cycle after cancellation. If a charge occurs because the subscription was not canceled in time, refund requests will be handled in accordance with our User Agreement.
Yearly plans purchased during major promotional campaigns, such as the Anniversary Sale, are limited-time special offer orders. Once the subscription is completed, membership benefits, Credits, and anniversary gift eligibility will be activated immediately. Except where required by applicable law, campaign orders are not eligible for refunds without cause. Please review the plan benefits, price, and billing cycle carefully before purchasing.
You can earn points by subscribing to a plan, purchasing point bundles (available to subscribers only), or participating in promotional events and activities.
Yes. The system will first deduct the 100 registration bonus points, and then deduct points that are closest to their expiration date.
No. If a generation fails due to system or service issues, the corresponding points will be automatically refunded.
No. In accordance with the User Agreement, subscription points are valid only within the current billing cycle and do not roll over.To help you avoid unused points, we will send a reminder email 5 business days before points expire.
Different types of points have different validity periods. Subscription points are valid for one calendar month. Points included in purchased bundles never expire. Promotional points are generally permanent unless otherwise specified by the activity rules.
For subscription plans and credit pack purchases, payment is currently supported through Stripe, with multi-currency settlement. Stripe supports many common payment methods, including Visa / Mastercard credit cards and localized options such as Alipay. You can choose the payment method that suits you based on your habits, region, and currency to complete your purchase.
